WCC Helping Orphans in India
In 2005, Coach Bav was approached by his old school teacher to help in a life-changing project. The objective was to use funds from WCC to help children around the world that come from the most extreme poverty. To date 12 % of all money we have made through camps, player fees and gold sponsorships have gone towards housing, feeding and educating young people in India that would otherwise have little or no opportunities.
West Coast Coaching have taken over full rights and responsibilities of the orphanage based in Porbandan, in West India. This town is the birthplace of Gandhi himself. Our goal is to help change kids lives through education, enthusiasm and energy (our company philosophies). To date we have housed 12 orphans with a goal of helping 50 kids by 2010.
